At BlueVector AI, the Project Coordinator (PC) serves as the operational partner to our US-based Project Managers, ensuring software projects are organized, well-documented, and delivered successfully. The role supports Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall projects by coordinating schedules, tracking milestones, maintaining project artifacts, and facilitating communication across technical teams and stakeholders. As a Project Coordinator, you will help manage project repositories, monitor financial health and invoicing, organize meetings, follow up on action items, and independently lead smaller software projects. Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, experience with software delivery methodologies, and the ability to leverage modern AI tools to improve project documentation and execution.
